Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
This website, hottublaunch.com (the "Site"), is operated by Increase Roas Inc ("Hot Tub Launch," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors and applicants, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We keep this simple on purpose. We collect information for two reasons: to review applications from hot tub store owners, and to understand how people use the Site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form on the Site — an application, a playbook download, a webinar registration, or a contact request — we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Store name, city, and state
- Your role (owner, manager, etc.) and answers to application or survey questions about your store
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain usage data, which may include:
- IP address and approximate location (city/region)
- Browser and device type
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring pages, and interactions (clicks, scrolling)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see "Cookies & Tracking" below)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Reviewing applications. To check whether your market is open, evaluate fit, and respond to your application or inquiry.
- Communication. To reply to you by email, phone, or SMS; to send materials you requested (such as the playbook); and to send scheduling links and appointment reminders.
- Marketing. To send you emails or messages about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Advertising and measurement. To measure the performance of our advertising and reach relevant audiences (see "Advertising" below).
- Site improvement. To understand how visitors use the Site and make it faster and clearer.
- Legal compliance. To comply with applicable law and protect our rights.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you SMS messages related to your application, appointment scheduling and reminders, and information about our services. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Services We Use
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Site and our marketing. Each processes personal data on our behalf under its own privacy terms:
- IncreaseRoas CRM — our customer relationship management platform. Processes form submissions, contact records, email, SMS, and appointment scheduling. Data: name, email, phone, form answers, communication history.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools — including the Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, custom audiences, and lead ads. Data: trackers, usage data, and (for custom audiences) hashed email addresses.
- Google Analytics 4 — site analytics. Data: number of users, session statistics, trackers, usage data.
- Google Fonts — font display. Data: trackers, usage data.
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam and abuse protection on forms. Data: trackers, usage data. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and traffic security. Data: trackers, IP addresses, and technical data necessary to serve and protect the Site.
- Microsoft Clarity — heat mapping and session recording used to understand how visitors interact with pages. Data: clicks, interaction events, session duration, trackers, usage data.
We may add or replace services over time; this policy will be updated when we do.
5. Advertising
We advertise on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These platforms use cookies, pixels, and device identifiers to measure ad performance and to show our ads to relevant audiences, including remarketing to previous Site visitors and lookalike audiences built from customer lists. You can learn about opting out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or in your device and platform settings.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for essential Site functions, analytics, and advertising measurement as described above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
7. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf;
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) where necessary;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above — typically for the duration of our relationship with you and a reasonable period afterward — or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights").
9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (including California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. This Site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Facebook, Google, or YouTube.
